After the visit we'll prepare a written proposal detailing the ways we can help you reach your accessibility goals.

The EHLS pledge...

  • EHLS will develop an understanding of the clients' and their caregivers' specific needs including recommendations from their physician and therapists.

  • We will develop an itemized proposal through an on-site assessment that clearly addresses accessibility modifications or alternative options.

  • A determination will be made if architectural renderings will be required, and if so, outline anticipated fees.

  • Extended Home Living Services will provide information regarding potential funding resources and assist when advocacy is required.

  • The client and their caregivers will be contacted for a review of the proposal, costs and payment terms.

  • Upon proposal acceptance, construction plans will be reviewed with the family and plan review will continue through the course of the project.

  • We will continue throughout the coming years to stay appraised of any changes in the clients' needs and act accordingly.
